The People Behind Every Project

After graduating from the University of Notre Dame with degrees in Economics and Finance, Sean Brennan started his career working at the Lusk Company overseeing all the infrastructure for $100 million-plus job sites. After completing the State licensing requirements, Sean started PR Construction. Sean is now licensed in three different states. Over the past thirty-eight years in the Construction Industry, Sean has expanded PR to include several different industry sectors. PR has constructed core & shell structures in the Retail, Medical, Office, Industrial, Higher Education, and Hospitality sectors.

Along with construction, Sean has embarked on his own development deals. Entitling Land, Subdividing, bringing in all the necessary infrastructure, and getting projects ready for construction is another skillset Sean possess. Sean is a very hands-on Owner and easily accessible. 

 

As the President, Sean takes great pride in ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to pre-established Owner specifications providing best-in-class quality.
