We successfully transformed a former TGI Friday’s into the upscale RUTH'S CHRIS STEAK HOUSE in Woodland Hills, expertly handling every detail of this complex renovation. Our project featured a complete interior redesign with luxurious finishes and elegant furnishings, a state-of-the-art kitchen overhaul, and extensive infrastructure upgrades. We also incorporated ADA-compliant accessibility features and revitalized the exterior with modern signage and landscaping.

Notably, we managed a seamless transition, adhering to the scheduled completion date to ensure the previous location could close as planned and allowing for minimal downtime for employee transitions.
