This project was a Design-Build assist and PR also assisted in all the necessary entitlements. The scope of this project comprised of the demolition of four Residential homes. PR built an Olympic size aquatic center and re-located nine Classrooms into their new facilities. Due to the constraints of the school schedule, construction of the new center had to be completed before the Water Polo season started. Servite was so impressed with our performance on the aquatic center that they awarded PR the complete demolition and reconstruction of their entire courtyard.
