The project entails a comprehensive remodel of the conference rooms on the 4th floor. To optimize space, all main lines and M.E.P. lines were raised, resulting in an additional 2 feet of ceiling height. Upgrades include new carpeting, wall coverings, air wall installations, and
a complete package of furniture, fixtures,
and equipment.
