This project entails renovating a 75,000 SF pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Plumbing upgrades include reducing lavatory water flow to meet current code, installing electric water heaters for hot water, and providing mixing valves as required. Electrical work involves powering partial office space, installing lighting and emergency lighting, and setting up data/voice connections. Lighting is Title 24 compliant with appropriate calculations, utilizing existing panelboards. Civil improvements focus on ADA compliance, including construction of curb ramps, installation of ADA signage and truncated domes, and regrading of asphalt or sidewalk within accessible paths from ADA parking to the main entry and from the public right of way

to the main entry.
