John Rios is a Project Manager, overseeing and ensuring that our construction projects are built on time and facility requests are handled promptly. JP has worked in the Construction / Maintenance industry for over twenty-five years. John started his career at GKN Aerospace in the Facility Maintenance Division. His experience continued with small and large, private and public companies where he worked as a Project Manager. JP’s entrepreneurial tenacity made him a survivor of the cyclical challenges of the building industry. For the past ten years, JP has maintained relationships with Clients, Developers, Owners, and Subcontractors. JP has served as a volunteer on the Knights of Columbus, Downey Youth, Downey Unified School District and various Charity Boards. JP enjoys his role as the Head of Construction for the Santa Fe Dance Center where he builds and manages all the stage props.
