The People Behind Every Project

Jim Carter is a Project Manager with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He has over 40 years of experience in finance, operations, and construction.

 

Previously, Jim served as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Servite High School, where he planned and oversaw a $10 million campus renovation and the construction of a new aquatics center. In 2018, he transitioned to KHS&S Contractors as the Director of Operational Controls, working with themed finishes, walls and ceilings, large-format GFRC exterior panels, metal cladding, prefabricated bathrooms, and ADUs.

 

Jim has managed the production and finances of multimillion-dollar projects for theme parks, casinos, high-rise housing, hospitals, and entertainment venues, utilizing Lean values. A dedicated professional, he takes pride in building great teams, projects, and relationships.
