With expertise in Boolean search strategies and various HR software and ATS platforms, she excels in identifying and connecting top talent with the right opportunities. Her background spans both in-house recruitment and staffing/headhunting, allowing her to support businesses with a strategic and efficient hiring approach. She has worked with clients and employers across the USA, Philippines, Canada, LATAM, Europe, SEA, and UAE, helping companies build strong, capable teams.

 

After serving as an HR Manager in the Philippines for over eight years, she transitioned to remote recruitment, where she continues to support global hiring operations, primarily in the USA, Canada, and Europe. She is currently a Recruiting Manager at PR Construction, where she plays a key role in strengthening the company’s workforce and ensuring long-term hiring success.
