The PR Construction internship program gives students real exposure to real projects and real deadlines. Interns work directly alongside estimators, project managers, and field teams, learning how a project moves from bid to closeout instead of just observing from the sidelines.

WHAT INTERNS WILL DO

Assist with quantity takeoffs and bid preparation

Who We're Looking For
Students studying construction management, engineering, or business who want to learn the trade from the ground up. Comfortable on a jobsite, organized, and willing to ask questions.
What Comes Next
Strong performers are considered for full time roles as they finish school. Many of PR Construction's current employees started as interns.
