The Courtyard renovation involves the demolition of existing structures, excavation, and site preparation. This includes the installation of new hardscape features such as walkways, seating areas, and landscaping elements. Additionally, the Fitness Gym construction involves the erection of a new building structure, complete with reinforced concrete foundations, steel framing, and insulated wall panels. Interior spaces within the Fitness Gym will be outfitted with specialized flooring, wall finishes, and lighting systems to accommodate various fitness activities.
