HIGHLIGHTS: Seamless integration of a new anti-explosive room equipped with laminar flow technology and a static-free room built to meet the most stringent government standards.

 

This project consists of 48,442 s.f. of interior improvements in an existing manufacturing building. The scope included remodeling the existing manufacturing space to accommodate the new manufacturing plant, and adding two new shower rooms, restrooms, breakroom, and office space. This serves as environmental sustainability through the installation of energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems, reducing operating costs and carbon footprint.
