Cherie Coleman-Holt directs the Design, Development, and implementation of PR Construction’s Human Resources programs in support of the Company’s strategic goals and objectives. Cherie has been with PR Construction since 2005 and has extensive experience in all facets of Human Resources while specializing in implementing policies that help employees develop within the company and improve their position, executive compensation, performance management, total rewards design, and benefits administration. Before joining PRC, Cherie was an Office Manager at a large underground pipeline company providing high-level administrative support to the team and managing the office operations for 10 years. Cherie volunteers in various local charities and at her church. Cherie enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
