Billy Carroll has over 24 years of experience in the construction industry. He has had the privilege of being able to grow and develop from a laborer to an apprentice, becoming a master carpenter, earning his degree in Construction Management, while working his way into leadership roles, managing a wide array of projects and portfolios in both commercial and residential construction for over 9 years now, each coming with its own unique set of challenges and triumphs. His leadership is characterized by a keen attention to detail and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and cohesive environment, strengthen by mutual respect and open, honest communication. With a deep-rooted passion for building and a commitment to excellence he constantly strives to ensure that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Never wavering on these values and delivering a project with such attention to detail that the client and stake holders can be truly satisfied with for years to come, is what drives him in the industry.
