It involves the installation of new doors with updated hardware, along with fresh flooring and paint finishes to revitalize the space. Mechanical upgrades include ductwork enhancements and minor lighting modifications to improve functionality and aesthetics. Additionally, the project involves the installation of rooftop exhaust fans and AHUs (air handling units) to enhance ventilation and air quality. The relocation of existing lab equipment and integration of new equipment further optimize the laboratory's functionality and efficiency.
