The People Behind Every Project

Alyshia Headrick grew up in a construction family, gaining early exposure to various aspects of the industry. She developed foundational skills in electrical and underground construction.

 

Driven by a desire to understand all facets of construction, Alyshia transitioned into commercial construction, starting as a Project Coordinator. In this role, she managed and organized project documentation, schedules, and communications. After several years as a Project Coordinator, she advanced to Assistant Project Manager.

 

Currently, Alyshia is pursuing a Project Management Certification to further enhance her expertise in project management methodologies and practices. She is actively engaged in training and development programs as she prepares to transition into a full-time Project Manager role.
