Alexandra has been with PR Construction for over fifteen years. She plays a valuable role in having strong knowledge on both the Accounting and Operations side of Construction. With experience in Ground-Up, Tenant Improvement, and Existing Store Remodels, Alexandrea is a well-rounded team player. She has implemented and managed PR’s Accounting and Operational software. Alexandrea is a critical member of our project teams. Some of her most valued contributions include: Client and Subcontractor Contract Management, implementing and training in Accounting and Operational Software, managing Submittals, RFI’s, Subcontractor and Owner Change Orders, processing Subcontractor invoicing for approval, experienced in both voucher and draw payment systems through fund controls, processing payment to subcontractors, joint checks to subcontractors and suppliers, tracking preliminary lien notices and job closeouts.
