HIGHLIGHTS: Although the project took longer due to city revisions, the end result is a testament to our team’s dedication and craftsmanship.

 

We completed the 190 Newport Center project, transforming a commercial space with enhanced aesthetics and functionality. Key upgrades include new courtyard stairs for improved accessibility, Terrazzo flooring for durability, new planters and landscaping to enhance the outdoor ambiance, and glass glazing at the second-floor railing for added safety and elegance. A wooden soffit was also installed at the first floor and second-floor restroom vestibule, adding warmth and sophistication.
